1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 A student gets a full refund of the school fee without any deduction if the student is unable to access the course due to technical issues originating from our platform, and such issues remain unresolved within 7 working days after notification.

1.2 We offer a refund to any student who accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same course.

2. Non-refundable situations

2.1 We won’t provide a refund if the student has been enrolled in the learning platform, whether or not the student has accessed any of the course content.

2.2 We won’t provide a refund if the student shows dissatisfaction after being enrolled in the learning platform. Our courses are carefully designed to deliver exceptional value, and refunds based on personal preferences will not be considered.

3. Refund Request Procedure
